Befriending Yourself:
from understanding to self actualisation
Are you feeling stuck? Do you want to learn more about yourself for the purpose of creating the life that you want instead of life just passing by? Do you want to heal from past wounds and feel free? Do you want a better relationship with yourself?
This program is designed to take you on a journey from understanding yourself through different psychological lenses, to developing compassion for yourself as well as developing boundaries and a set of resources to help you through difficult times. The journey ends with understanding how you can use values to guide your life and finally celebrating you, the whole you.
The program consists of video's, text, worksheets, and guided meditations. It is designed to do one section each week for a period of 12 weeks.

I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience in both the Public and Private settings in Australia. I now live in Amsterdam and work as a private Psychologist. I am passionate about helping people live more at peace with themselves.
